1.- Organizing company
Music In Baby organizes a GIVEAWAY named International Women’s Day Giveaway using FACEBOOK and INSTAGRAM platforms.
2.- Disengagement from Facebook
Facebook does not sponsor, endorse or administer this promotion in any way, nor is associated with it. The user dissociates completely from Facebook.
3.- Purpose and mechanics of the Giveaway
To participate you must be a follower of our fan page (click on I like it) and tag two friends in the same post.
4.- Duration and Time
Spanish Geographic Time
The contest start date is Friday, March 1st at 2:00 p.m. and ends on Friday, March 8th at 2:00 p.m.
5.-Requirements to participate
They will be able to participate in the promotion:
– Any person over 18 y.o. who is a follower of Babypod’s fan page and invite at least 2 friends, tagging them in the Facebook and/or Instagram giveaway post.
6.- Selection of the winner/winners, substitutes, communication and delivery
The winner will be chosen randomly after finishing the promotion. Once the promotion is done and for the next 30 minutes, the name of the winner will be communicated on the Facebook and/or Instagram page of Babypod. The Babypod will be sent by courier to the address indicated by the winner, the cost of the shipment being under Music In Baby responsibility. The codes of each coupon will be sent directly by either direct message or email to each winner.
If it is not possible to contact the winners within 5 days from the first contact attempt, or they renounce the prize, we will proceed to select a new winner, losing the previous winner right to claim the prize.

8.- Reservations and limitations
It will be understood, by way of example but not limited, that fraud occurs when the alleged use of applications independent of the Website is detected; the performance of abuse of queries to the server and all those behaviors that may be apparently abusive and/or malicious. The verification of any of these circumstances during the contest will result in the automatic disqualification of the contest. Music In Baby is exempt from any liability in the event of any error in the data provided by the owners themselves that prevent their identification.
Music In Baby excludes any liability for damages of any kind that may be due to temporary lack of availability or the continuity of the operation of the services through which the promotion participates, to the fraud of the utility that the users may have attributed to them, and in particular, although not exclusively, to the failures in the access to the different pages and mailings of participation responses through the Internet. The giveaway will only be effective from a certain number of participants, 50 being the minimum of different people required to make the raffle.
9.- Acceptance of terms
The simple participation in the GIVEAWAY implies the acceptance of these terms, so the manifestation in the sense of non-acceptance of all or part of them will involve the exclusion of the participant and as a consequence of this, Music In Baby will be released from the fulfillment of the obligation contracted with the said participant.
